Boat show season is officially here as we kick off the first one of the year at the Overland Park Boat Show this weekend! We're thrilled to be at this amazing show, offering the best boat lifts and boating accessories. Our boat lift company at the Lake of the Ozarks can't wait to visit with you & your crew this weekend. We want to hear all about your boat and your boating needs!
1. Establish a Budget
Whether you've been dreaming about a new boat or you're after dock or boating accessories to complete your boating lifestyle, there are a ton of amazing products on the market to meet your needs. Having a budget in mind can help you reel in your expectations. Do a little research and know roughly how much you're going to be spending before attending a boat show. The great news about a boat show is there are many boat show specials offered throughout the show so you can snag those amazing products with a discount!
2. Get to Know the Vendors
There are a ton of vendors at every boat show. It's important to stop and talk with the vendors of the products you're considering purchasing. It can be helpful to visit the brands you are considering to ensure you know exactly what you are getting for your money. You can also get a feel if that business is the right fit for your boating needs when visiting with the various vendors at the show.
3. Allow Plenty of Time
There are a ton of vendors at this year's show! With so much to see, allow plenty of time to walk around the show and stop to chat with a variety of vendors. Make sure you have the chance to not only look at everything you want to but also to process it. By taking time to process what you've seen, you'll end up remembering something you want to take a second look at. We also recommend taking notes about the different products you're considering. This comes in handy when you are narrowing down your boat or boating accessory selections!
